The terms of the Officers of the International Board are spelled out in the Bylaws in this section.
SECTION 3:14 ELECTION, TERM OF OFFICE, QUALIFICATION
The Officers or the International Executive Board shall be elected biannually at the Annual Corporation Meeting. The President, Treasurer, Region 1 Director, Region 2 Director and Region 3 Director and Region 7 Director shall be elected in every odd year. The Vice-President, Secretary, Quartermaster, Region 4 Director , Region 5 Director and the Region 6 Director shall be elected in every even year. In addition the RKIFMC President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Quartermaster shall also serve as the Board of Directors for the Red Knights Regali Ltd company. All officers shall serve in their office until the close of business of the meeting at which their successors are elected.
If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for a postion on the International Board, please go to the International Board Online Nominations Page and fill in the online applicaiton. All nominations must have a currrent photo of the nominee sent to the Nominations Committee before a nomination can be fully completed.
Current Officers & Their Duties & Responsibilities
The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are also the Board for the Red Knights Regalia LLC. When they are elected to the International Board, they are automatically selected to be the officers of Red Knights Regalia LLC. a seperate entity from the Red Knights International Firefighters Motocycle Club®.
