In addition to the opening of the Blue Knights International Exhibit within the walls of the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum in Brevard County, Florida, we witnessed the Knighting of the Blue Knights Founder Ed Gallant and the first International President Chuck Schuman in all out fashion complete with British Broad Swords presented to each by the Blue Knights International President Bob Flanagan, from the Red Knights International President Dave Emory, and the Green Knights Patrick Air-force Base President Danny Burbick. The last representing Adam Beuhler, Green Knights International President who was called up and is currently deployed and unavailable. My heartfelt thanks for all who witnessed this organizational first with each of the three clubs supporting and coming out to honor our founding fathers for their leadership and unbroken membership of 38 years. As those present heard about the legacy of these two (of three living) "leaders of men" who founded the Blue and had a hand in spawning the Red and Green Knights, unequivocally creating the foundation for over 43,000 Public Service professionals to enjoy a better motorcycling experience which, through their independent charitable ventures, helped raise millions in donations to worthwhile causes improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of needy persons and children around the world.
