Rules for Chapter Web Page Link Inclusion on the Red Knights International Web Pages:

Web site must be controlled entirely by a Chapter, not an individual. The Chapter is responsible for all content on the Web site.

The local Chapter must control all links that are placed on the web pages. Links must reflect the standards of the Red Knights.

If the Chapter has a bulletin board, it must maintain it so that nothing is kept that does not reflect the standards of The Red Knights.

The Chapter must obtain a Chapter BusinessTrademark License (availabe on the downloadable files page)
before posting a Web site on the Internet. A “blanket agreement” is available that will cover the Chapter Web site, Chapter stationary, Chapter business cards, etc.. Any Chapter who does not obtain a TMA will be told to remove all trademarked material from their Chapter Web Site.

Free web page providers that are “social networking sites”, i.e. Facebook, MySpace and Yahoo Groups, are not acceptable for Chapter web pages.

Notice: All chapters have been notified that you need a Chapter Business Trademark License to be linked from this page. All chapters have had about one year, since the notice, to get that license. If your chapter has not applied for the license, you link has been removed. Please go to the Chapter Merchandise page for further information on the obtaining the Chapter Business Trademark License. Links are checked infrequently. If a link is found to be broken or it does not work for any reason, it will be removed. Contact the Web Liaison to have your links reinstated on this page. The Web Liaison is the only person who can get your link added to this page. |
