International By-laws

Any proposals to change the International by-laws should be forwarded to the By-Laws Chair for review and scheduling for discussion at the next convention.  Draft chapter by-laws that need International approval should also be forwarded to the By-Laws Chair.

Standard Operating Procedures

 

The International Executive Board maintains an SOP Manual.  The content of this document serves as a guideline to the members of the Executive Board as it conducts its business, decision making, and in working with chapters.  The SOP Manual was created to offer some consistency and some historical data in the Board's decisions as membership of the board changes from year to year.
