Chapter Business Trademark License
The Red
Knights MC name and logo are trademarked. ANY chapter that wishes
to produce RKMC items, whether they are for sale or strictly for your own
chapter use, MUST obtain a Trademark License Agreement from the
International prior to production of the item. Items that are currently
listed in the catalog will be grandfathered at this time but a Trademark
License Agreement still must be obtained.
The
Chapter Business Trademark license is for use of our name/logo and will
include use on a Chapter web site, business cards, letterhead, checks,
address labels, newsletters, flyers (to promote your chapter only), and
chapter application. Every Chapter who uses any of the listed items must
apply for this license.

Chapter Merchandise
If
you wish to have items listed in the International Calalog's web page,
please fill the Catalog
Submission Form (MS Word Format) found through the link listed under
Merchandise, to the left of this paragraph.
The Red Knights
International and many of the Chapters
have RKMC items FOR SALE
Prices and availability of all
merchandise is subject to change.

You
must download the latest order form before placing an order to
help assure your desired items are still available and you have
the correct price.

The International QM does not accept credit cards.
ALL orders must be prepaid by check or money order

please allow 4 to 6 weeks for
delivery.

IMPORTANT
ORDERING INFORMATION
-
Individual Chapters may not charge their members
more than the price that is listed on the International order
form for any International merchandise. Chapter Boards may not
profit from the sale of International merchandise.

The official 10" Emblem and rockers and the small
emblem and rockers are to be purchased through the Chapter
Quartermaster, by each Chapter member, at their own chosen time,
at their own expense and are the property of the individual
member, not the Chapter. In the event of a member quitting the
Red Knights, a local Chapter may ask to buy the patches but the
retiring member it is not required to sell them.

Individual orders, for International merchandise,
will be accepted from MALs only.

Please note that
there are minimums when ordering bottom rockers. These minimums
are for each time an order is placed. Orders for less then the
posted minimum will be returned. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The International has Photo Quality artwork available for
chapters for web design and RKMC regalia. This art work is
available in both red/gold and red/white as well as a
black and white for silk screening. Please contact the
Secretary for this artwork. |
