Chapter Presidents, If you want your Chapter RK email password changed, contact the Web Liaison. The Web Liaison is the only peson who can reset your password. The President of the Chapter must be the person asking for the change.
Instructions on how to set up our web mail with various email programs is available further down this page. Please click on the email client program you wish to use and it will take you to the PDF file that describes the procedure to set up your particular email client program.
Why do we need our own Club email addresses?
The International Board has decided that instead of using personal emails and publishing them on our web site, it would be adventageous to have our own dedicated email addresses for every Chapter. This will help keep your personal email address private. These email addresses are necessary for the immediate communiction with every Chapter. Our Electronic Voting for International Officers is dependent on a stable system of communication to and from the Chapters. These email address are not web sites. They are simply a system that we are now providing each Chapter for better communication with the Internaional Board, other Chapters and also as a stable email address to add to your Chapter's web sites for anyone interested in emailing you directly with questions about your individual Chapter.
The President of every chapter will be given the email address and the password. If the President decides to share the username and password with the rest of the Chapter Board, that is up to each President. Shared usernames and Passwords will only work if you are checking your webmail online. The will not be effective if the President downloads the emails to his/her personal computer. Due to limited space on our mail server, we strongly suggest that the President install the RK email on his/her computer and only use the webmail if away from thier home computer.
If a President decides to leave the webmail on the webmail server, they must remove old mail so that the account does not reach its maximum. If it reaches maximum, you will not be able to receive any more email and you could fail to recieve important emails from the Internatonal Board.
If you have forgotten your RedKnightsmc.com email address or password, or you have not yet receieved them, contact your Regional Director. (ONLY the President of the Chapter will be given the email password if it is forgotten.) This is the information that you will need to access your Chapter WebMail.
While it is possible for you to change your Account information, do not change the first nor last name on the account. Only change to the password. Chapter Presidents must not change the accounts to their name. These emails are controlled in order and if you change the names, they become out of order.
it is very important that we practice "safe emailing" To that end, all of our members should use protection on their computer to make sure that spyware does not high-jack your computer to determine user names and passords for you mail accounts. Please install a anti-virus/anti-spamware program on your computer. There are many commercial programs out there but I have found that the free program from Microsoft does the job well. It only works on computers that use MSDOS and will not work on Apple computers. The program is Microsoft Security Essentials. Be sure to run both of these programs before you reset you email password for the best chance to defeat the spammers of the world.

The following instructions are for when you login to your online WebMail account using the red login buttons on this page.
Step 1 Press the red login button and this window will appear.
Step 2 Enter the Chapter RedKnightmc.com email address that was given to you by your Regional Director then enter the password that was also given to you by the Regional Director. (Your browser may give you the option of memorizing your user name and password.) You may change your password at any time. Keep it in a safe place because the Webmaster can't access your changed password he/she can only reset the password. When there is a change in the leadership of the Chapter, please change the password.
Step 3 Click on Access your WebMail
The Red Knights® names and logos are Registered Trademarks. Being a member in good standing, gives you permission to identify yourself as a Red Knight® and wear the names and logos but it does not give you permission to reproduce them on any type of material, including web pages.
