Funeral Information: BAKELAAR Donald R., Jr., 54, of Clifton died on June 27, 2010.Born in Passaic, Mr. Bakelaar was raised in Clifton and had lived there for most of his life. He was presently employed as a firefighter with the City of Clifton Fire Department, having served on the department for twenty-five years. He had also been an EMT in Clifton for many years. He was a member of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club, Chapter 19 in Clifton.Mr. Bakelaar is survived by his son, Donald R. Bakelaar, III, of Milford, NJ; his daughter, Amanda Bakelaar, of Northampton, PA; his parents: Donald R. Bakelaar, Sr. and Irene (nee Schweighardt), of Clifton; his brother, Patrick Bakelaar, of Lincoln Park; and his sister, Loren Nesbihal, of Clifton.
