Wake Information: Mrs. Phillis Barrett Rader, age 76, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 14, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. Mrs. Rader was born in White County. She was a florist and owned Barrett’s Florist. She was known for her unyielding kindness and generosity and for her commitment to her family. Survivors include husband, Philip Rader, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Curt Couch; daughters, Denice Luke and Joey Barrett; grandchildren, Tracey Couch, Zachary Couch, William Couch; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Dave Channell will officiate.
